Delivery Information
General Information
The website approves orders based on product availability. If the user purchases a product but it is no longer available, we will refund your payment. The amount is transferred via original payment method.
Orders
Users can purchase the orders from the website day and night. Orders are delivered as soon as possible, but we do need at least 48 working hours to process your orders.
Shipping
We will deliver your order for a shipping rate of $19. This is applicable for every purchase made on the website. Users can check the order amount and the shipping charges applicable for their order once they proceed to checkout after adding the products to their shopping cart.
Delivery
Users will receive their orders within 20 working days. The orders can be delivered worldwide. We will provide an estimated delivery time for the orders purchased on the website. Goods will be delivered by Regular mail (19 USD) and will take 7-15 Days to deliver the goods to you. Maximum delivery time is 20 working days.
Payment Details
Users can make purchases on the website with their MasterCard or VISA. The card will be charged with the order amount only after we process your order. Acknowledgement for the payment received will be sent to your e-mail account. Payment is authorized in US dollars only.
Cash payment is not accepted on this website.
Status Link
Tracking link is provided by the website to help you find the location of your order. This link will be e-mailed to you. Please check the link once we ship the order from our warehouse.
Delays
We request users to report delayed deliveries and defective products to our customer support. If user does not receive their order even after 7 days from the delivery date, then they can inform us. If the delay has been caused due to our negligence, then we resend the order, bearing the shipping charges.
Refunds
Refunds are available on the website only if the request is approved. The refund amount includes the order cost only. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Handling charges and shipping costs that are mentioned on the sales invoice or purchasing slip is also non-refundable. The website will refund the payment within 10 working days.
The website will transfer the amount through the original payment method. The amount will not be transferred any time earlier than 3 working days from refund confirmation. The amount will be deposited to your bank account or transferred to the card which was used for purchasing the products.
If users wish to return their order, they must prepay or insure the shipping charges involved. The returns must be sent in its original state. If there are any damages or losses, the users will be held responsible.
Return Policy
The goods can be returned if in 4 weeks after the order was made. The goods should be shipped to the address of the Supplier (Lempton Limited) SUITE 1404 TUNG WAI COMMERCIAL BUILDING 109-111 GLOUCESTER ROAD WAN CHAI HONG KONG. The address for return will depend on the address from where the package was received. You can always contact customer support to find out the correct address for return. You can return goods

You can get the replacement or the money back in any case mentioned above. The replacement will be sent in 2 weeks after the request was received from you. The refund will be made in 5-7 days. Refunds will require maximum 30 days to be remitted to your payment account, subject to the policies followed by your bank. The funds will be refunded to the same bank card that was used by the client for payment for the canceled order.
You can return the products partialy. The terms for partial replacement and partial refund are the same as for the full one.
The order can be canceled partially in 24 h. After the order was sent partial cancellation is impossible. In case of your order already dispatched, the return policy will come into effect and you will have to send back the order after it will be delivered to you.
